Fittonia ‘Nerve Plant’ Lime Green and Pink is a striking houseplant known for its vibrant, colourful foliage. The leaves are lime green with vivid pink veins, creating a dramatic and eye-catching contrast. This low-growing plant is perfect for adding a splash of colour and a touch of tropical elegance to any indoor space. Its compact size makes it ideal for terrariums, small pots, and as an accent plant in mixed arrangements.

Light

Prefers bright, indirect light. Can tolerate low light but may lose some vibrancy in its foliage.

Water

Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top half-inch of soil feels dry. Avoid letting the plant sit in water to prevent root rot.

Humidity

Thrives in high humidity environments. Increase humidity by misting regularly, using a humidifier, or placing the pot on a tray of water with pebbles.

Temperature

Ideal temperature range is 18-27°C. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 16°C.

Soil

Use a well-draining potting mix, such as a blend of peat moss, perlite, and regular potting soil.

Fertiliser

Feed with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Do not fertilize in the winter when the plant's growth slows down.

Pruning

Pinch back the tips of the plant to encourage bushier growth and remove any dead or yellowing leaves.
