Shipping policy

All of our orders are expected to arrive within 2-4 working days from dispatch. Delivery time is not always guaranteed.

Local Delivery - We ask for you to provide the best suitable date for you and a safe place if you are not home in the delivery instructions. If no date is given we will attempt to contact you for the best date. We please ask for someone to be there to take the delivery, if no one is at the address provided we will attempt to contact you. If we do cannot contact you we will return it back to the store where it will then be collection only unless an additional delivery fee is paid. 

Delivery instructions are left at your own risk. The Indoor Jungle is not liable for any parcels left in accordance with instructions. 

Shipping takes place Monday to Wednesday and any orders placed after that will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
